We understand that plans can change; however, because our event logistics, vendor commitments, and venue arrangements are finalized well in advance, we adhere to the following refund schedule:

Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Requests for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the event will be eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received 30 days or fewer before the event start date.

Important Details

• Requesting a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. The timestamp of the email will serve as the official date of the request.

• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that RWGroomX is cancelled by the organizers, attendees will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to roll their registration over to a future date.
